Indonesian FM Arrives in Colombo

Dr.  Marty Natalegawa, Foreign Minister of Indonesia, arrived in the country today on the invitation of External Affairs Minister Professor G.L. Peiris.

He will call on President Mahinda Rajapaksa later this evening.

A Joint Commission meeting, at which the delegations of Sri Lanka and Indonesia will be led by the two Foreign Ministers, is scheduled to be held at the Ministry of External Affairs.

Prof. Peiris and Dr. Natalegawa will also have bilateral discussions. The two Ministers have had discussions in recent months in Bali, Indonesia.
