Plastic Crates Transporting Vegetables to be Surveyed

The Consumer Affairs Authority is to carry out a survey to investigate the use of plastic crates for the transportation of vegetables.
The law enforcing the use plastic crates was implemented by the CAA last month.
According to the secretary of the CAA, Sunil.S.Sirisena, the survey is to be carried out within the next few days to gather information regarding the number of farmers abiding by the rule.
