Student Transporting Three Wheelers to be Registered

Police stated that new laws will shortly be introduced to register three wheelers which transport school children in Sri Lanka.
The Police and the Nation Child Protection Authority met last week, and it was decided to introduce new regulations to ensure the safety of children transported in three wheelers to schools.
Overloading of passengers in three wheeler's have already been banned in the country.
