Three More Sentenced to Death in Kegalle

Three more individuals from Kegalle have been handed down death sentences.
High Court Judge of the Provincial High Court of Kegalle, Menaka Wijesundara had handed down the sentences as the charges against the suspects had been proven beyond reasonable doubt.
The three suspects who were found guilty were residents of Palawana, Avissawella.
The suspects were charged with the murder of an individual in Gurugalla, who was murdered after being attacked by a sharp weapon in 1999.
